And if you are also working to improve your English, watching movies is a great way to enhance your pronunciation, inflection, and accent.
One way to do this is to find a scene you like, and imitate the pronunciation and inflection. Watch where the voice goes up, and where the voice goes down. Observe which syllable is stressed within a word, and also within a sentence.
If the actors are speaking too fast, and you missed what they say, here is what you can do. Do a Google search “movie script (movie name)” or “movie transcript (movie name)” and you will see the exact words spoken by the actors.
